The PA Chad we met for our care was great. He was sensitive to my 85 yo momu2019s needs and made sure she felt comfortable with his suggested care. He was responsive to my momu2019s needs- and took her feedback into consideration in what to prescribe. Amazing bedside manner here. Iu2019m someone who is horrified of doctors and only go if I need to. From the young woman at the front desk to the nurses and nurse practitioner, they all had smiles on their faces and happy attitudes. If/when I ever need another urgent care visit I know where Iu2019m going.

Came in with some concerning swelling, after being taken back to the room we had the pleasure of talking with Scott (CSR). He was an absolute delight. Very patient and listened to everything I said and asked all the proper questions. Next we had Chad (PA) take a look and diagnosed. He was absolutely perfect! Such a funny guy and eased all apprehension about my condition. Really enjoyed his conversation and knowledge.n10/10 would recommend
