I had a fantastic experience when I had to go to this care center today (I was a walk in). Ruth did intake at the front desk and was friendly and welcoming, and the PA, Katie (sp?), didn't take long to come into the examination room with my results and write out a script for the appropriate med. She also had a lovely bedside manner. I am so sorry, I've forgotten the name of the woman who checked me out as I left; she had short, red hair and she too was kind and told me she hoped I'd feel better soon.nnIf you need a place to go and you can't get to your doctor, this is it. I'll definitely be back when the need arises, thank you to all of the staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Brazos Urgent Care thanks to Weslyn Carter, the nurse practitioner, and Ruth, the medical assistant. Weslyn was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough she truly listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Ruth was equally amazing u2014 warm, professional, and efficient. Together, they provided exceptional care and created such a positive experience. Highly recommend this team!

I was able to get an appointment within an hour on the day my symptoms started. There was no wait. The admission staff was very helpful and efficient. The attending PA was very thorough and knowledgeable in her assessment. She was also very friendly and compassionate. I have visited this location before and would come again.

Scheduling was simple. Wait time was reasonable, especially with an appointment. Staff was kind and very helpful; I was given a breakdown of my diagnosis based on my symptoms as well as an explanation of the drugs I was prescribed which is something i have not experienced at other urgent care facilities. Highly, highly recommend this care provider.
