I was seen immediately and treated with great care. The staff that tended to me was completely African American which made me feel comfortable and safe. Bedside manner was very personable. I felt seen and heard. The best part? Front desk told me that I would not have a leftover balance regardless of what my insurance says.. This was such a relief as the urgent care I visited up the street charged me $190 upfront. This was with my insurance. Iu2019m thankful for the care I received.
