I went to VelocityCare for a dislocated shoulder. I was in a lot of pain, and the receptionist and nurses immediately brought me to a back room. Dr. Coates and his team were able to quickly pop my shoulder back into place. He was knowledgeable and provided great information to help in my recovery. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making a painful experience much more bearable.

We brought our 10 year old son here on a Sunday evening in the middle of flu/illness season around 6pm due to an eye injury. The receptionists, nurses and doctor were so kind to my son, who was really scared about his eye. The amount of compassion they showed him, after what was probably a long day for them, was so appreciated by us. Because it was an injury visit, we were able to be seen quickly (illnesses required an appointment). We were there about an hour, and the doctor confirmed there was an abrasion, prescribed some drops, and advised us to follow up with an eye doctor so they could make sure it was healing fine and that there was no other damage. Our experience was very positive, and we were thankful to leave there with peace of mind.

First time visiting this location and everyone was so nice and helpful. It's been a long time since I've been to a Drs office where the employees weren't burnt out. I got a little weepy because of so much stress I've been under and my health emergency on top of it and they were so sweet. Didnt make me feel stupid or weird about it. The wait time was short and they do X-rays onsite. Very good experience.

I came here because I had a fever with a headache for 2 days. I've been on 3 antibiotics for my abscess in my left arm. The NP came in and stated that was I here for a Dr's note? And does my work have to put me on short term disability for missing so many days? Mind you I teach at a school and we are off today(MLK day). I told her I want to make sure why I'm having a fever and a bad headache... is it due to the abscess? She told me I had enough antibiotics in me to kill a horse. And there should be anything bacterial in me. She then told me she will check for covid and flu. I waited and she came back stating no to either and discharge papers. I was so mad bc I should have gone to the other urgent care. At least they were nicer. Spent 50 dollars on nothing when I had a fever this morning that I took Motrin for so of course I would have a fever when I got there!

Make sure you let them know your not leaving. It was assumed I had left even though I was in the waiting room for 2 hours. Also, no information regaurding a timeframe was given to me.
