I had to go to First Choice last week for respiratory issues. I actually got in and out fairly quickly. I was surprised. They gave me a follow up appointment for today at 3pm. I arrived a bit early as I always do and there were a few people waiting. Those people eventually were seen and some others had arrived. After the original people were seen, the walk ins started to be seen while I still waited. At 4:10 I gave up and left. The girl at the front desk couldnu2019t have cared less and did not even offer an apology. She didnu2019t have a clue what she was doing. As a matter of fact, when I walked in there was no one at the front desk and for almost a half hour there was no one there. While the PA here is nice and seems very competent, they have a major issue with how they serve their patients. This urgent care is going to cause someone to die with the way they do business. I will ever go there again.

We arrived first thing in the morning. There was only one person ahead of us. I paid my copay and waited. After waiting for an hour and a half I asked how much longer it would be. I was told once they got a room cleaned I could go back. Another 30 minutes go by and nothing. My husband and I asked for a refund on our copay and left. Ridiculous waiting time and for no obvious reason. Also, the lady who went in ahead of us was still in the back. Apparently they just donu2019t know how to run an urgent care. Theyu2019re is no urgency.

Physicians are great but billing sucks. I have a co-pay not a deductible. Tried explaining to the desk my co pay was $r40 not their customary $135 fee. She insisted I pay the $135 beef waiting for a refund 6 months

NOT AN URGENT CARE CENTER!!! Brought my wife for a spider bite on left arm. When we arrived, she was told 45?minute wait. No problem! However, it was over 2 1/2 hours, wife asked how much longer. They told us 15 more minutes. Shortly afterwards, a doctor comes to the front and informs my wife she needs to go to an Emergency Room because they arenu2019t able to help with a spider bite. After 2 1/2 hours? This place is going to kill someone with this level of incompetence.

Worst experience ever. after being told that it would take about 90 minuts to be seen by the Dr. it took 5 hours. Then, not even a Dr saw us, it was just a nurse practitioner. Was there a Dr. at the clinic? It seems that there is not a Dr on site in charge of the clinic. An x ray was taken, and after over 2 weeks trying to find out the results of the x rays, we were finally told that all the x rays were erased by a technician that was trying to solve a problem in the system. Why they did not tell me this the first time I called for the results? What if it would of been a life threatening issue?nI had to give them one star because the system won't allow to continue without choosing at least one. But It gets a Zero.
