I arrived just as they opened. I was kindly greeted, asked to provide ID and fill out paperwork.nNurse, Michelle, asked for the reason for my visit, weighed me, took my height and blood pressure. She was very kind.nDr. Sylvester examined me. She was empathetic, professional, reassuring, and I received excellent care.nClaudia checked me out, and assisted with my request to send my records from their office, to my regular physician.nMy experience was very positive. I would return if I ever need care, and cannot get to my personal physicianu2019s office.nnThank you for a great experience!

Worst care facility I have encountered so far in my life. They wonu2019t coordinate with anyone unless I come in and see the doctor. Messed up the blood work and had to stop midway. Do not get the blood work done at their facility.

I should have read the reviews before going there! Went there to get a covid booster. The old nurse at the front desk was very rude to me and to other patrons. She didnu2019t know how to read a digital vaccination card, definitely old pen and paper type of employee with lack of advanced training. She kept gossiping and making negative comments about her coworkers with another employee at the front desk. She messed up the date of birth on my vacc card. Loud and obnoxious with an attitude problem. Definitely not going there again.nThis place needs to change their attitude or close down for good.

The receptionist is very friendly and understanding. The doctor and his nurse, however, were not in the office. Doctor had a family emergency (understood), nurse was out to lunch. For an urgent care unit, it is rather odd to have NO one available to respond to an emergency... However, for now it is still my first choice for an urgent care. Office is very clean and pleasant, and just by talking to the receptionist I could tell she cared. I had a sense that I have chosen the right place... Unfortunately no one is immuned from having an emergency... Even doctors... Life happens! Luckily, my condition had subsided over night while waiting for my appointment... Perhaps, everything happens for a reason.

Doctor Ray was FANTASTIC! Very professional and nice. I had to pay out of pocket because they donu2019t take Blue Cross PPO, but the experience here was totally worth it! Seems like he actually cares, which is not normal nowadays, unfortunately.nAnyway, you will not be disappointed seeing him! Great doctor, nice office!
