I have had a lot of bad doctor's offices in my life. This is by far the best doctor's office ever. The nurses here are the best too and unlike most offices they don't plop you down after weighing you and start taking blood pressure right away. The nurses kindly and softly ask you to follow them to the room and then ask how your day is going and then they go over your medical history methodically and then gently take your blood pressure manually when least expecting and then tell you your numbers softly and don't make a big deal if they are a little higher than normal. I have been very nervous in doctor's offices the last 10 years but here only slightly and hope to not be nervous at all next visit even if the news isn't so good. The doctor wasn't the most talkative but you could really see him analyzing my symptoms and determining the best plan of action and leaving no stone unturned to get me feeling better. As someone who has Autism and ADHD I'm relieved I found this paradise of a doctor's office from being heard and understood to the quietness and the effort the staff puts to make the patients comfortable like taking manual blood pressure less noise and squeezing than automatic blood pressure and this is especially helpful for those suffering from sensory issues and even the doctor touched minimally during the exam which isn't a big deal to me but maybe to others and best of all the doctor shook hands and patted me on the back at the end of the appointment and this is something you don't see often especially as a new patient and this sure shows the humility of the doctor.

Dr Bekemeier is excellent. First visit very relaxed and not rushed. Very likeable but more than that, He Listens! He is now my new primary. BTW...Im an RN x. 50 years..so I've met hundreds of doctors. ;)

This was my first experience outside of Kaiser. Dr. POSNER was on time, friendly and thorough. She engaged with my 8 month old and asked many developmental questions unrelated to our visit. She took time to answer my questions and I felt heard. Lovely person and wonderful doctor!
