Dr Morrison is the best!!! My husband and myself and our kids have been going to 20 mile urgent care for years now! Every single time we come the staff is always so friendly and gentle with my kids. Dr Morrison is extremely attentive and knows just what to do to help fix whatever is wrong! Our daughter recently had to get stitches in her lip and we were in and out and she didn't even shed a tear! I cannot thank Dr Morrison and everyone at 20 Mile enough!

This place sucks. I came in to see what was going on with my sick symptoms and got told it could be a variety of different things. Than they wanted to test my blood and everything. The lady who took my blood has no idea what she was doing. She made me move my chair around more than 5 times to find a spot that was good for her as well as put my other hand underneath my arm and rotate my body a certain way. Iu2019ve had many IV and needles for blood and never have I had somebody be so nervous about it. Once the needle went in she barely got any blood and my whole arm hurt pretty bad. She told me that another lady would come in and check on me. The other lady came in not checking on me but asking me if I want to do the same arm or the other cuz they need more blood. I asked if she was good at it kinda as a joke based on how that last needle went and she said it depends on the person itu2019s perspective. Who tf tells a patient that when about to stick a needle in their vain. I told her I didnu2019t want to do it and the whole time I was delt with attitude and never even got a clear answer. They told me to go to labcorp and get blood work done. Iu2019ve never had such a terrible experience at a urgent care ever. Donu2019t go to this crap run of a show

I always appreciate a good Dr office experience! First of all, the woman at the desk was very pleasant to work with. I guess Monday at 10 is a great time to need urgent care because Karen took me back within 10 minutes. She was a joy of a person and great to talk to. Dr Morrison approved a strep test and the nurse who delivered it was a gem. 10/10 visit for sure.

We have been coming here for the better part of 10 years. My PCP is across town and always in high demand, so when something is off and I need care, 20 Mile Urgent Care and Dr. Morisson are my go-to. Everyone in the office is so kind and caring.They have also treated my husband for several ailments, and when ear infections hit in our little one during off-hours, this is where we go. None of us have ever had to wait more than 20 minutes to be seen. Itu2019s obvious that everyone in the office cares about the job they do.We greatly appreciate having such wonderful care available here in Parker.

Was misdiagnosed as having a stomach bug then ended up having gallbladder surgery the next day. My severe pain was not addressed at all even after explaining it had been several days of consistent pain. I asked if there was anything they could do for my pain and was told I could take ibuprofen at home. I received a call about my blood work days after my surgery. I would not recommend this place for anything other than a stuffy nose. The only silver lining is that the support stuff is really helpful.
