Dr Heath is absolutely amazing I've been seeing him for years, but this office is an absolute circus. I've been asking for 4 months for an order to be called into Banner that is crucial that I have done every 3 months. I get a different excuse or a different answer every time I call in and still it hasn't been resolved. I go through blink health for my medications and they go to call the doctor's office to verify the prescriptions, what happens? Absolutely nothing they can't get in contact with anybody in the office because they never answer or return any damn phone calls I am over it I am done. Like I said Justin Heath is amazing but I just can't with this office. I used to see Dr narag years ago and left that office promptly for the same reasons, nothing ever got resolved and everything was always just another medication instead of trying to actually cure anything. I was giving it another try because of Dr Heath, but you know how long do you wait to get something resolved with you before just drop dead?

Dr. Narag is an Amazing doctor. When I brought my son to her, I was begging for help. I didn't know who I could trust with him. He had just almost died an I was scared. We will miss her. Thank you for being so caring. Thank you for always telling us what was best for him. Cause now he's doing Great. Thank you

Mrs. Narag is my son's Dr. She saved my son's life when my son has been having fever several days and oxygen was low and heart beats high to almost 200. She diagnosed my son's disease accurately and sent him to do x-ray right away. She is very responsible for her job.At the same day night 8:30pm, even late she still called me to get medicine just hoped my son feel better at that night because she very care about her patient. I am very grateful for having her as my son's pedestrian. Mr. Narag is me and my husband's primary Dr, he is very experienced , kind and patient too . We are very appreciate what they did for my family.

Both Dr's are kind and have taken care of my children and myself for 10 years now. They are like family and do not hesitate if they need to refer out for an issue out of their scope. They stay on top of our medical needs and are very professional. Never had an issue with any of my visits. We have 10 children and they love Dr Lana Narag very much. Even when giving shots to the young ones, they are always looking out for what's best. My family hasn't gotten the covid shot and they don't press about that either. Great staff and atmosphere. Thank you Dr's, we love you!

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Three of our scheduled appointments were canceled without our knowledge. When my wife called to check on the appointments, the staff member then demanded we provide proof that they were our children's assigned physician by the end of the day, or else they would cancel our other scheduled appointment. If this office can't handle routine administrative matters, then that gives me a complete lack of confidence in their ability to provide effective care. I called my health insurance company to have a new provider assigned. I'm generally pretty chill, but if I have to deal with terrible service and terrible attitudes on top of attempting to do someone's job for them, then I'm over it.
