Super happy with my experience today at AFC urgent care. The very kind lady at the front desk was a huge reason for that. As a patient feeling already a bit unwell, she greeted me over the phone with a very polite and energetic way. Took me by surprise to be honest because usually people working in the health care centers always reflect the stress they experience throughout their day at work. I was a bit scared to go in today but as soon as I hung up the phone with her, the anxiety was replaced by a surge of reassurance, warmth, and trust. Itu2019s a shame I didnu2019t ask for her name when I left, but I did make sure to tell her that in my personal opinion she did her job very well. I wonu2019t remember her name, but I will remember the way she made me feel. Hopefully wonu2019t need to, but if ever needed, will sure be going back. Caring. Quick. Efficient. Oh, and the place is very clean! Staff were all super kind as well.

The worst place I was treated by Gonsales Maite and sierra, JennifernI came to this place for a doctors note they charge me 145$ dollars and they never gave me the note for my job and now I have to wait for her ill Monday and I canu2019t go to work because she never geve me the paper work that I pay for.nNot a good place

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care clinic. While my initial interaction with the doctor was a bit bumpy, the rest of the staff more than made up for it with their professionalism, warmth, thoughtfulness, compassion, and dedication to patient care. Christine, the office manager, was exceptionally nice and really went above and beyond - she personally delivered my medicine to my home so I wouldnu2019t have to leave again after my visit. I was so impressed by how the team ensured I had everything I needed to feel better and made the entire process comfortable and seamless. Their level of care really exceeded my expectations and I genuinely thank them with all my heart. Highly recommend.
