Elverson is the best hardware store in the area. The Cook family staff has treated my dad, my uncle, and me right for over 40 years. They are so knowledgeable and help me with all of my questions on products and even had a nice light post ordered that I could not find anywhere. Unbelievable retro service is why this gem has been here for 100 years. Thanks guys.

Very kind service, they always are willing to help you or give you some feedback about your needs. I went for an specific type of screw that I didnu2019t find in Lowes but they have it. Then for a drill device for my door and they offer Not just the device also some information about a kit I had no idea that exists. 100% recommended.

I recently remodeled the basement in my house and had to purchase pre-hung doors. I live in an old stone house, so all of my door openings were irregular and requires custom doors. The staff here was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Much better experience than at a big box store where what you see is what you get. For being custom pieces, the price was very reasonable and the service and turnaround time was unbeatable. Also have a great selection of high quality lumber.
