Waited several hours in a exam room for my appointment. Afterwards they insisted on a follow up appointment several months later I tried calling the day before the appointment left message. Called again the morning of the appointment they answered! Told them o could not make it and they wanted to push a phone appointment on me. How unethical dr visit over the phone. Or a 25 dollar fee. Stay away from this money farm

Dr. Riva and the strong support staff are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and above all genuinely interested in a patientu2019s health. The medical reviews and lifestyle advice given by Dr. Riva directly improved our cardiovascular health and our general health overall. The busy medical office is managed by Mrs. Anil Rastogi resulting in the most professional and efficient medical office I have encountered. Today is a joke for my dadu2019s appointment. My first time going in with him for a check-up and discussed it with the Doctor. That doctor is a freaking joke!! I can tell that he not helping my dad at all. He didn't tell him about EKG reading while he wore it at home for 3 weeks. My dad was in the hospital a month ago, and his doctor acted like not serious that was part of why he was in the hospital. He doesn't care about my dad at all. His doctor told him that his heart was fine but why did he keep sending him for refill medication to help his heart he said that my dadu2019s heart is fine. How that can explained? Huh? I saw his doctor type down like one paragraph then he delete it off the paragraph and his files. He told my dad that he don't need come back here again. Now he have to find another cardiology. He wasn't happy. All he used is my dadu2019s insurance from day one. I'm so glad that he is not my doctor because he will figure out that he will let me died anyway. he would like don't care at all!!!

HHMC is probably the best place I've visited in the last 3 or 4 years. The doctors are really nice and very professional at there job. Now I go there two times a year and still to this day my old ticker is ticking away from. I believe that my cardiologist trips out when he comes in the room to check my heart or blood pressure and I tell him I don't have a heart for you to check and he kinda gets upset with me knowing that he is very serious and I'm just joking with him.nI get a kick out of that every time I see him twice a year please turn my heart's in good shape I've never had a bad answer come from him saying my heart's not doing too good or something's wrong with it cuz nothing's wrong with my heart I got a really good heart for my age and for the stuff I have been throughout my ears growing up.

Dr. Riva and Dr. Rastogi are both very thorough, friendly and caring. They have overseen my pacemaker and ordered three stents installed at Scripps LaJolla where they also later sent me to have a Watchman device installed in my heart so I could stop taking blood thinners. Couldnu2019t ask for better heart specialists!
