Every single person I encountered, from reception to techs and everyone in between was friendly, helpful, calming, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was told my test would take 20 minutes. At check-in, they asked if I wanted to do 2 additional tests I'd forgotten to schedule and I said sure, if that's possible. Not only was it possible, but even with the 2 additional tests, I was still done and back to my car exactly 20 minutes later. Clockwork! Amazing staff.

Absolutely horrible service. First time I made an appointment they claimed I wasn't on the schedule and were unable to see me. I took a day off work to come here and was unable to be seen at all that day. Second time I came back in I was told there was no prescription in the system. After they looked for a few minutes they found it without a referral. I called my Dr and they sent one in. The front desk person is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will recommend to everyone who doesn't like being treated poorly to avoid this place. And despite me being directly in network with them they still wanted to charge me $150 for something that's supposed to be included absolutely a horrible and I will never be returning here

Horrible, place wouldn't recommend at all, the appoinment scheduling department doesnot know what they do, they just call the patients one day, and send them voice message you have an appoinment today, which is not scheduled before, and they don't ask anyone schedule the appoinments at their convenience, messed up office, no care at all
