I am so grateful for this Acupuncture provider. He has been able to help my chronic back/neck pain and migraines in just a few weeks with the acupuncture.I felt relief after the first visit.NO MEDICATION needed!Dr, Tsai and his staff are the best!Previous to this I have had more than 20 years of chiropractic care, pain management clinics and neurology visits for back/neck pain and migraines.I highly recommend this provider for pain, migraines, anxiety and depression.He offers services for other illness also.Give it a try and you will not be disappointed!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I cannot stress enough how terrible my visit to Dr. Tsai was. I went seeking relief for neck and back pain, but instead, I left in worse condition!Dr. Tsai insisted on treating organ blockages on my 1st visit versus addressing my actual pain areas. This involved inserting a needle into my right arm, hooked to a vibrating machine that was extremely uncomfortable. After setting this up, he left the room for 40 minutes! I was left lying there, anxious & in discomfort. When he finally returned, he was on his cell phoneu2014yes, on a callu2014while removing the needles!Since that visit, my right arm has been in SEVERE pain for two days and counting. It feels like nerve damage.The Red Flags Donu2019t Stop There:Beware of the detox machine he pushes and the amount of treatments he recommends selling you. (Google Foot Detox SCAM. Note: The foot bath uses an electric current to create a chemical reaction that turns the water brown, but this happens regardless of whether feet are in the water. And, he charges $130 for this.)Dr. Tsai also double talks a lot and doesn't explain things well. He is vague and confusing and doesn't provide real clarity on what heu2019s doing. The only positive was the kind front desk staff/team, but they can't make up for Dr. Tsaiu2019s questionable practices and the pain I am in.Bottom line: This was not just ineffectiveu2014it was harmful. If you value your health, your time, and your money, stay far away from Dr. Tsai. (Note: I use to see an acupuncturist many years ago & NEVER had these issues. However, they retired which is why I was seeking someone new.) In short, donu2019t make the same mistake I did. Find another acupuncturist.

I've been experiencing bad posture due to years of studying and sitting around a desk in my career as an accountant. I've been going to chiropractor and I've had physical therapy for years with little to no relief. However, after my first visit with Dr. Tsai, I was able to sleep pain free for a week. I'm on my second treatment and I'm very happy to be a patient of Dr. Tsai. This man can work miracles, in my opinion. Believe me, I'm still in awe. Please visit his practice. You won't be disappointed.
