I visited the Okeechobee location in November 2022 looking for counsel during a time of grief and was referred to Dr. Anago who was providing services for LOT at the time. Months later when I decided to join the Coast Guard I went through the processing station and was told that I would need more information from the health care provider that I saw in 2022 to be cleared and join the military. I have reached out though all available phone numbers provided by LOT since June 2023 and have not received any response. I have also driven to this Wellington location, to find that there is only a usps box. I have waited nearly a year to start my life in the military and spent many months trying to gather the information I need from this organization and getting clearances from other physicians. I am still in need of a letter from LOT. I have reached out in ever way I know how, phone, voicemail, text. I have sent this message including my phone number to the Facebook website as well as the CEO Maggie weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.
