I had a great experience at Urgent Care Now today. Andrea at the front desk checked me in quickly and efficiently. Liz, the medical assistant, was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Rocky, the nurse practitioner, was exceptionalu2014knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I had a toenail removal procedure done with her, and she did an outstanding job.nnThank you to the entire team for making the visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Urgent Care Now, especially Rocky, to anyone in need of quality care.

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM, and I arrived on time. However, I was left waiting until 7:00 PM, while several walk-ins who arrived after me were seen before me. When I brought this up to the receptionist, she kept repeating, u201cItu2019s the system.u201d I explained that I had an appointment and arrived before the walk-in patient who was just called in, but again, she gave no explanation other than u201cthe system.u201dnnI asked to speak with a supervisor, and another lady came and simply said, u201cNo problem, youu2019ll be next.u201d I wasnu2019t asking to be next just for the sake of it u2014 I was looking for a reasonable explanation, but none was given. It felt completely unfair, and the way I was treated made me feel like they were discriminating based on race or appearance.nnThis experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. I will never visit this place again. Their system lacks fairness and respect, and itu2019s clear thereu2019s bias in the way they treat patients.

I came in with my son due to his severe allergy. At the front desk, the medical assistant was very polite and registered us quickly. We waited for about 10 minutes. The doctoru2019s assistant promptly took his vitals and was also very courteous. We waited a bit longer for the doctor in the exam room, but it wasnu2019t an issue.nDuring the examination, we found out that in addition to the allergy, he also had an ear infection.

Staff was amazing especially-nAshlee was the assistant who helped , she was very sweet & kind to talk with ! She was very helpful as well she definitely deserves to be recognized for her sweet positive attitude & demeanor ud83dude01nThe reason Iu2019m not giving a full 5 stars is cause I waited almost a hour to just get told to use a home remedy/ antibiotics for a ingrown ( which is fine I donu2019t mind aha but figured if I had to be told something that simple it should have been a quicker process than waiting for a hour .nnBut other than the wait , the staff here was amazing . Super friendly , great smiles , and just kind people with friendly attitudes !
