All three folks I dealt with were super helpful and friendly from Jonna (SP?) on the phone to the two in the store. This was my first time there. I needed a walker after being on a knee roller after foot surgery. They had one, billed insurance and I was on my way. 15 minutes tops. So easy. I highly recommend. I will always support people who are kind.
