I have to admit, I put off going to pain management because of the horror stories I have heard. I was so pleasantly surprised when the staff kindly helpped me the initial process and drug testing. The wait wasn't bad, and the doctor listened to what I had to say. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They have managed my pain quickly, and are giving me my life back. Even over the phone when asking questions, they are patient and knowledgeable.

This rating is in response to my care from Dr Marlyce Parker, Dr A, and the staff that work with them. I've had shots before (St..Ande...ud83eudd2cu2620ufe0f) that destroyed me. BUT, the last one for the arthritis on my upper, has allowed me to breathe with no to minimal pain! It's SPLENDIFEROUS! My lower spine had surgery, rods, and more installed back in 2001. Severe Pain is my life. I've attempted all forms of pain relief ud83dude2eu200dud83dudca8 Trust me. (Sans bad drugs! u2620ufe0f) Dr A finally gained my trust, and we did my nerves as a start. Just to help my hips and legs to start.nWell, it's been 24 hours, a car ride home, nights sleep, and I must say, hip pain has been cut by a third as have leg pains! Even if this is all I gain, it's a HUGE win! But I know as swelling goes down my body will get even better!nThank you Niah (anesthesiologist) Brittany (nurse) Dr A. for his caution around the metal, herniated disks and damage, and Dr Marley (Marlyce Parker) for her recommendation and care!nYOU LISTENED WHEN NO ONE ELSE DID!nGODS BLESS YOU!

I usually see Dr. Eric Fergen but they thought they would stick me with Dr. Nitish Aggarwal who thinks he is gods gift to medicine. I didnt ask to see a different doctor, they said he was nice and thought I would like meet him. He didn't even look over my chart but starts saying he will get me off all medications and cure my disease. I would love my disease cured but maybe talk to me for more than 2 mins before making those promises. Then he comes from a practice in Havasu that loves injections and that's the first thing he wants to do. And I explain they give me really bad side effects and don't even work on me. And instead of listening he says, oh we will see about that. Oh really like you are just going to give me one anyways. I will never never see that doctor again.

(Edit a few yrs later and minus a great doctor;nWell things sure changed over there since the Dr died. I no longer like going. Infact they gave me something that makes you stop using narcotics. The only problem with that is I had took myself off everything for a year. I thought I'd give it another try but things are just not working anymore. Id like to give them no stars but that's not an option)nnThe following message was from 2020 or 2021---nI wish Dr Okey was still in office but at least I still get to talk to him on the phone appointments. Him and Janet are the best. Thank You for treating me like a human being and not a druggie. My insurance just changed so I'm hoping they'll take the new insurance. Minimal wait times, I've been to other pain management's where you might as well consider your day to be gone. My wait times at the other drs was hours on hours. This place is right on track. It is hard for you to get stronger pills when the time comes but I blame that on the abusers. Thank you guys for being here to actually help a person out... Jin

Have been going here for years n use to be great but after doctor Venger passed this place has gotten to be the worst place you ccould go for help with pain if you are thinking about coming here DONT!!! They are trying to cut everyone off pain meds n want to put you on naloxone the worst care from the worst in health care!!!
