I wouldn't recommend Acadiana Health to anyone! The receptionist channa has a horrible attitude, she's unprofessional, and lacks integrity. When one owns a business one should want, or vet those who has a friendly demeanor someone who represents the mission statement and not a lying witch with a horrible attitude! I too had gone for a pre-employment physical. There was a long wait, but I'm flexible and patient considering the reason for the visit. I was honest about the meds that I take periodically, I also listed the provider who prescribed them. I can pass any drug screen etc. Subsequently the Ratchet Nurse A.P.R.N Lydia Domingue placed a medical hold on my chart. Her duties were to perform the physical, and not dictate what I can and cannot take... She contacted my provider to suggest he not prescribe meds that may cause drowsiness! She was out of her jurisdiction for that unethical move. There are other situations that preclude me from going into further detail, but there are recourses for hindering, delaying, someone's future employment, and basically that was she and channa the receptionist did. Once she received the letter from my physician stating he would not prescribe the medication in question she continued the medical hold, Channa refused to let me speak with her, she stated Nurse Dominique was out of the office 99% of every time I called. I spoke with my physician and he stated the medication in question does not cause drowsiness.. not only that if meds cause drowsiness, but is medically necessary it shouldn't be taken with a certain timeframe especially when operating machinery etc. Nurse Dominique sabotage along with channa the possibility of me working with a future employer. Additionally, I followed up with the Recruiting Manager to keep her apprised and my provider called on my behalf while I was in the office and she also shared my sentiment of the environment of Acadiana Health on pinhook in Lafayette La.

Based off the current reviews I almost didnu2019t waste my time. If it was me in this drs office and not my husband things would have went way different. Not only did they tell him he was hiding something when taking a drug screen they made him pull his pants down to prove he had nothing to hide. They stated he had bubbles in his urine ud83eudd23 he doesnu2019t do drugs AT ALL and retested while they watched. He was in there for hours

My visit here was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly as all had smiles.I was there first thing in the morning and had minimal wait time even with my first time paperwork. The facilities are very clean and quiet which also made it very pleasurable. I went for my annual wellness check up and plan to go there as my primary care. The nurse that examined me was very nice and gentle when she drew blood too. Their location is easy to get to too.

If you have an eye issue don't waste your time here. You fill out paperwork pay your copay and they send you to the ER. They could have said that before we went through the whole circus act. Call Armand Eye Care, great people there.
