I loved going here until today. There's a heavier set woman, sandy blonde hair that is a nurse or an MA? I'm not sure. I have recently had a lot of surgeries on my mouth. I'm also working full-time while healing. I'm a home health aide. My duties are pretty cut and dry. I have a medical form from my employer that needs to be done every year It includes a TB test and a physical. I went in a few days ago got the TB test done and paid $40. Great. So I go back to get it read today and a lady comes out and says it's a liability for her to sign it because she doesn't know what my job duties are?? She needed a job description from my employer. Ok? I've never had anybody do this before. Not only was she demanding she was very rude and used a tone, was just nasty towards me. I've been through so much in the last few months. She was not compassionate or even nice at all. There's no reason to talk to people that way. So I asked her to be nice. After this I was refused to be seen at all. She refuses to read my TB test. Talking to me rudely and not trying to deescalate the situation. She went on so much, (along with another lady attacking me verbally)I had a full blown anxiety attack!!! ud83dude2d Then she said if I don't leave she'd call the police on ME?!??!!! What!!????? ud83eudd2f I absolutely didn't do anything for the police to be called ud83dude14!? My goodness.nI already paid the $40 too and no refund?? I'm a home health aide and I work in the medical field. I work hard. You need patience and understanding and definitely need compassion when dealing with people in a medical and public setting. On top of what I was already going through working full-time in pain every day, on medication I do not want to take She made my day 10 times harder when it was very unnecessary. I enjoy helping people and I enjoy working with people and I'm very good at my job. This is a requirement needed for my employment. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she definitely needs some lessons in how to talk to people and even empathy. I felt bullied and attacked. I feel like respect for one another is just out the window these days. I will not go here again and I do not recommend going here!!

My husband and I were seen this morning at access 365. From the time that I placed a phone call, I was met by a very friendly voice, encouraging us to come right over. After a few pages of paperwork, we were seen immediately by the nurse practitioner, Karen. She was very professional and thorough. She diagnosed us immediately and prescribed treatment with a plan of care. Prescriptions were ready for pick up when we arrived And we now feel we were well taken care of and are on the mend to feeling better.nnThank you access 365 for an excellent experience. I hope I donu2019t ever need you again but if I do, youu2019re the one.

I was blessed by this Access 365 Urgent Care and three wonderful ladies that work there. I went in at 6:30PM and they were my last hope to receive a medical clearance for a surgery I was getting the next morning. The staff was absolutely incredible, the doctor cleared me for my surgery, and I was out in 40 minutes. I am so thankful for their kindness and service. 10/10nnThanks ladies!

Probably the best urgent care experience I have ever had! The woman at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was unbelievably kind, warm and friendly. She even made me laugh when I wasnu2019t feeling well and was having a tough day. She made sure to communicate with EVERY SINGLE PATIENT in that waiting room at all times and multitasked like I have never seen before. The medical assistant who triaged me was wonderful as well and very quick and thorough. The doctor was great, he listened to my concerns and even made me laugh as well. I felt very well taken care of and I would absolutely go there again. Not once did I feel like I was just a number. Thank you so much again!!
