This review has been a long time coming. I was visiting from Canada when I fell sick. Unbeknownst to me I had the early stages of sepsis and flesh eating disease, one of my friends did a quick google search for nearby clinics and by a miracle Access Medical was the one that came up. When I arrived, my condition was worsening. The staff were friendly when I arrived and had me fill out the applicable paper work, but as I was they were also monitoring me as I was pacing and continually going to get more water. When I was finally seen, my vitals were taken the nurse immediately recognized I was not ok, but moved me into another area and briefed the doctor or head nurse on site of her observations. At that point I was starting to blackout, and called for help. The staff jumped into action already aware there was something going on with my heart, 911 was called and an ambulance was ordered, but in the mean time Anne kept me talking and told me there was something more serious going on with me that they could not deal with and it would be better to goto the hospital. I was really impressed with their quick diagnosis and decision making when I was finally seen, and the course of action taken. The staffed showed sincere compassion and didn't just brush me off. Because of their actions my life was saved, when I was transferred to the hospital mulitple surgeries and extensive medical attention was required which ultimately saved my life. Over the coming weeks my wife also received a few calls from the care team here to check in on me and make sure I was alright which we both appreciated. I thank god for coming into your clinic and for the professional actions taken. Thank you! Ryan

Actual care was excellent. Problem last visit: made appointment. Had to wait with VERY sick 16 year old an hour and 45 min. because all the walk-ins went first. Why make an appointment if it is walk-in?? I would have come in later had I known. Big sign out front said no appointments, walk in. Why are you taking appointments?? My son was begging to go home in the straight back chair but we were next up by that time.nThey used to squeeze in walk-ins. Not any more!!!! This is set up to make people upset

I have been here probably 20 times over the last 4 years. I always feel well cared for. Staff is nice, friendly to everyone.nI've always felt a connection with Matt and Anne.nLast time I was in, Anne actually came to my car to check on an issue she wanted to verify.nnAnother thing, the office is often mistaken with the providers in the next building. The front office staff guilds them to the corrext entrance and I've never seen any roll their eyes.nGood place to get care.

Only 2 people ahead of me and ended up waiting over 2 hours and another 30 minutes after getting to the doctor's office. Doctor wouldn't listen to all of my symptoms and targeted only one of my health issues. it's been almost 4 hours and I'm still waiting in the office...

I needed immediate medial care for a bleeding capillary in on one of my ears on June 19, 2024. Medical Assistant Brendon and NP Lauren provided excellent, prompt care in getting the capillary closed up and cauterized. I was on my way within an hour. I shudder to think what the same procedure would have entailed should I have attempt to get into an E.R.
