This Clinic excels in customer service and care! Every time I have gone, I have been well taken care of and seen relatively quickly. One of the things I like most about this place is that, I'm a veteran, and they do the legwork for you. You don't have to call anyone after being seen. They call the VA on your behalf! My husband brought me in because I had 2 falls since the I received my new braces. I still depend on my wheelchair for most of my mobility, while using the KAFOs for 10 to 15 minutes a day until I start rehab.nThe provider , nursing staff, and administrative staff got me in fast with excellent care a nd compassion. The Radiology Technician was kind and very helpful with my mobility so that we could take Xrays. I was very pleased to know that nothing was fractured, guidance with taking my meds as directed and 15 minutes for the ice pack, 20 minutes off, and using the arm sling for comfort.nThe VA sends me here when they cannot get me into the clinic. I am grateful for the knowledge, compassion, professionalism that I received at the clinic. Thanks you so much.

Check-in was simple and fast. I was able to be seen quickly and Cassidi was very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and helped me find the best options to fit my needs. I would recommend using this clinic if you do not have a primary care physician like myself. They also provided me with a discount card for my prescriptions that reduced the cost significantly. I have had a terrible cough and congestion for 3 days nowu2019s itu2019s Sunday Memorial Day weekend and I am so grateful they were open. I got right in. Theu00a0staff is very friendly and efficient. u00a0It took less than 45 minutes for the testing and breathing treatment. Iu2019m on my way home to rest now! I highly recommend this Urgent Care!
