I have had a wonderful experience with Access from my first visit very shortly after your opening on McNeese St. Since then I haven't gone anywhere else besides your second location on Country Club Rd. I bring all 4 of my children there, my spouse, my mother, my sister and her family, my stepmother, my mother in law, and the list goes on and on..... I LOVE Y'ALL and appreciate your professional, fast, friendly service every time!

Today I cut my finger and needed stitches. A doctor friend of mine told me to go to Access rather than ER so that I would not have to wait long. I was immediately greeted and checked in. Shortly after, I was brought to the back where the nurse saw me. Then Mr. Austin did a fantastic job stitching my finger. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly, unlike many medical offices. It was a pleasant experience. I will be back, hopefully for something less painful next time!

I hate going to the doctor ...nnBut if I ever have to go back again, then I will be returning to Access Urgent Care!nnI was out of commission for over a week, so I had to force myself to go in for a doctor's visit. If you have ever been in a similar condition before, then you know exactly what kind of mood I was in, made only worse by having to go somewhere I had absolutely no desire to be.nnI walked into the clinic and was greeted with a kind smile and a welcoming presence (Carolyne) - she was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the processing of my personal information as well as answering my questions.nn*as a grumpy old man, who has a very low tolerance for redundant paperwork, you don't know how happy I was that I didn't have to fill out an encyclopedia's worth of paperwork!nnOnce all of my information was taken and processed I had a very short wait time in the lobby before I was escorted to the back and into a patient's room.nnNext up, a nurse (please forgive me for not remembering your name ud83eudd26u200du2642ufe0f ) greeted me with a smile and hello before she took my temperature and blood pressure - she was expedient, yet thorough in her care; her attentiveness to detail and directness was truly appreciated.nnA short time later I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner (Austin), and yet again, I was greeted by another smile. He asked me questions concerning my health and condition, performed a series of examinations, answered any questions I had, and then gave me a detailed plan for my treatment - he was open and honest, listened attentively to my concerns, and was helpful, comforting, and knowledgeable in his guidance.nnNot that I have a lot of experience for comparison, but from what I can recall, I believe this is the only doctor's visit I have ever been to where I felt like the people there genuinely cared about their patients and took the time needed to show that they cared instead of pushing you in and out like a number - while the process was quick (yet, thorough), I never felt pressured or rushed.nn*On a side note: I don't have a General Practitioner, but I was informed that they now offer the service at one of their branches and recommend her - based on my experience, if this is how they treat their patients all of the time, then they might have just convinced me to start seeing a doctor regularly.nnUpon my departure, I was met by Carolyne's smile and friendliness once again - it is always nice to enter and exit somewhere on the same positive note, and a display of consistent treatment.nnOverall it was an outstanding experience filled with smiles; affordable, quick, and painless (except for me lol). I will be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of medical care - emphasis on the word CARE.nnBest Regards,nnDarren HanksnnP.S. they have a really nice and clean facility that has a cool design and a comforting/welcoming environment. Kudos!

I always love going to Access Urgent Care when Iu2019m not feeling well. I was immediately taken to a room and seen by a nurse. I received swabs to test and once they were clear the doctor promptly came to let me know and do an exam. All my concerns were addressed and I was sent on my way to feeling better.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am to the wonderful staff at Access. Their quick diagnosis of my situation got me into the hospital for the emergency surgery I needed. They were great earlier this year when I returned from Mexico with a really bad bacterial infection. They are always so pleasant and professional.
