Staff was extremely friendly and professional. They saw me quickly and helped out with what I needed. I would recommend anyone with urgent care needs to give this place a try.

Very quick and polite entry into the facility. Very clean and pleasant reception area. Loved the ability to schedule appointment online. Quick check in process. However, the NP was laughing at me when I told her I had cellulitis, vomiting, and was not getting better with the meds prescribed by Teladoc, so I was told to go into a doctor. I was charged $50.00 and given the same meds I had already taken. I let her know I had already had sepsis twice so can I try something else. She laughed. Total waste of time. Felt like I was talking to a brick wall.

The admitting staff at front desk would not help a friend of mine who is illiterate in filling out his paperwork. The front desk clerk refused to help him saying, she's not responsible for helping anyone fill in any paperwork and she was too busy to help. Ironically there were no other patients in clinic waiting except for my friend who had walked in for help from his terrible neck pain. When this clerk was comforted she denied she had told him she couldn't him my friend . I told her where is your compassion for helping the people who come into this clinic with what she said, she denied that she had said anything about not helping him. And quickly ran away to her immediate supervisors. This action I found to be very contradictory of what this company's mission statements are . That there company is compassionate, caring faculty willing to help everyone in any way the patients need to be helped , when seeking help from the Acess Urgert Care Facility in kingsville, tx.

I went to Acess my hand was swollen 3 times bigger was in no pain but the only pain was I had a ring on this happened at night when I was sleeping I had to get my ring cut off I walked in and I said I need my ring cut off I was not taking into a room they started cutting off in the waiting room . I was holding my hand up supposed by other hand, it was painful they wanted to turn the ring I said get some kind of lubricant they did oh they said letu2019s go to a room so you can relax your arm and hand while they cut the ring. They finally cut the ring thru the spreaded the ring but the didnu2019t spread it far enough so the cut the side of my ring finger didnu2019t clean it I left and got back to the house my swelling in hand was still the same.. called them to ask for medication all the said we canu2019t prescribe medication because all you said is cut my ring off Will never go back again I have hired an Attorney. .
