My first visit to Access Urgent Care was a positive experience. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist the moment I walked in. After completing the necessary paperwork the nurse practitioner herself immediately called me back patient room. She assessed my symptoms, ran a couple tests, and did a thorough examination before diagnosing and prescribing antibiotics for an ear infection. I walked in, filled out paperwork, was quickly seen by the NP who properly diagnosed and treated me, then I was out of AUC and on my way back to work all within 40 minutes. Time is valuable and I was grateful that I was able to make this appointment during my break from work and was able to return to work on time!

Highly recommend Access Urgent Care! I visited and was able to get in with no waiting time, and get quick answers to my symptoms. Each staff member was very kind, professional, and attentive! It was also incredibly affordable. I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again for any future medical needs!

My daughter has been so sick! We took her to Access Urgent Care and the team took great care of her! They were definitely kid friendly and had actual child sized equipment and popsicles! It was a great visit and with a sick little one time is valuable! Will be back every time we are sick!

Facility and provider were great. Mary (NP) was wonderful and very professional. Unfortunately I got whacked with an u201cout of networku201d provider bill after the visit. Iu2019ve got great insurance that covers almost everything and everywhere Iu2019ve ever been. I gave them my insurance card before being tested as well. Wouldu2019ve been good to know prior as I wouldu2019ve went elsewhere.
