I was skeptical to go to the urgent care facility because of the ratings and other reviews. I'm so glad I went! The other urgent cares were closed for the holiday. The staff were kind considerate and efficient. The doctor had a great bedside manner, and was very intelligent, she also was a great listener and answered my questions. The one area I did struggle with was the patient room. It was so white and quiet that I struggled with sensory deprivation. This definitely had no impact on the physicians care.

I was seen yesterday by one if the nicest, most professional Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I haven't been feeling well for some time and the Doctor not only was professional and kind, he provided so much good information that truly blessed me and my family. My wait time wasn't long and I walked out feeling like I already felt better simply because the Doctor and his staff were amazing!!!! God bless you guys and thank you for putting/keeping the CARE in medicine!!!

Waiting room was a mess with trash on the floor. I waited for an hour to have the doctor look at me for roughly 45 seconds. She gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Overnight the issue got worse so I scheduled a visit with my regular doctor who promptly told me to stop taking the medication. After 3-4 hours of taking the medication prescribed by my actual doctor my issue started getting better. Would not recommend this urgent care.

The front desk girl was very friendly and nice, the wait time wasnu2019t so bad. The u201cDoctoru201d asked me what was going on and he said that over the counter medication would take care of the symptoms I had and did not once asked any probing questions to determine what was wrong with me. The visit with him was maybe 3min if that. He seemed as he didnu2019t want to do his job because not one question was asked. I left and went somewhere else where they did take good care of me told me what was happening. It was definitely more then abdominal pain and constipation. Will never come back. Donu2019t waste your time here, go somewhere else. I shouldu2019ve read the reviews before coming here.

This place doesn't even rate one star. My daughter was seen at 11am with strep throat. Staff was calling in a prescription to CVS. It's now almost 5 hours later and we don't have the prescription. They told us 3 different pharmacies they sent it to and none of them have any record of the script. Nothing worse than a medical facility who can't even call in a script correctly and then lies about it!
