The staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful! Each time we've gone, they explain everything clearly, answer all our questions, and never rush us. I've always been leary of urgent cares but this one is absolutely the best. It's always clean and bright, check-in is quick, and we've never waited more than 30 minutes even on a very busy day. We are about 20 minutes away and there are two other urgent cares closer to us but we will always go to Batesville AccuDoc Urgent Care. I highly recommend!

Absolutely NOT recommend! They have a check in online. Did that today (2/18/25) at 2:07p. Arrival at 3:15p scheduled (3 in front of me),we arrived when we got the text, sat for 40 min and asked when we would be called, told that not counting the people in rooms, there were 2 in front of us. Said I checked in online at 2 and was told that the online check in meant NOTHING!! It was for form fill out ONLY! You can clearly see in the photo of the online check in it is to save your place in line. We left and went to the ER and got right in

I would recommend Batesville Urgent Care to anyoneu2026.! Holly greeted me when I arrived, and Jenny showed me the most care I have ever been shown at a doctoru2019s office. She administered all the tests with confidence, care and efficiency, and explained everything to me. The doctor also explained everything to me thoroughly and offered treatment. I canu2019t thank your team enough for making me feel better than when I first walked in.
