Extremely Rude receptionist!!! When I asked how long the wait would be to see a doctor, the receptionist named Nicola told me to leave and come back or come tomorrow!!!! All this because I asked how long it would take. What makes the matter worse is the fact that the place was empty!!! Itu2019s not the first time this specific receptionist has been rude, and frankly she needs to be fired! Itu2019s unfortunate because the Doctor is very nice, but she is making the place look bad.

I came here to get a referral to the chiropractor and the wait time was very long but the Dr was great so in the end it was okay. He asked me if I would like to have them as my primary care physician and I said sure and he told me to make an appointment for my annual physical so I did that. Upon arriving to my appointment they stated that they are not my primary care physician so they couldnu2019t see me. I asked why and they stated bcuz the insurance wouldnt pay them and I would have to call them to change that. Being that Thursday is my only day off and I drove a long way to come to the appointment and that was never mentioned to me is pissing me off. I sat and waiting for 35min before they said that. So i asked to speak to the doctor and he said I couldnt ud83dude02 like what a joke (it was the African man at the front desk). I saw the doctor and asked me directly could I speak to him and he came over and I explained to him what happened. Because he does not handle the front desk tasks and insurance he was unaware of what was going on and he is not to blame. The front desk donu2019t know what they are doing and for that reason I will not be coming back. A complete WASTE of my time. I would not recommend anyone here.

Went to this urgent care was the worst experience of my life I never in my 46years experience such rudeness unprofessionalism in all doctor office, emergency rooms or clinics I was about to fight the lady who draw the blood that work for lab corp. I normally donu2019t write reviews but I have time today I went there because I sprung my ankle so I wanted to get check out I got there around 2 something they had a student nurse to look at my ankle and she took notes she was the only one that was nice and then she brought the doctor in and he look at my ankle so he gave me a shot for the pain and call a prescription in for later on after the pain killer wear off in the meantime he said he need to draw some blood and he need to check my urine for gout and something else so I said okay and then he said do you mind coming back at 530 so we can take X-rays of your ankle one of his tech was available to come in at that time so I said okay I will come back for the X-rays so the lady who was suppose to draw the blood wasnu2019t there the doctor ask the other nurse where she was at because I was waiting a long time so they check to see what time she went on break but no one knows so they got another nurse to draw my blood he draw 5 tubes of blood for ankle sprang so after that I left while Iu2019m on my way home I get a call from the nurse which was a man to come back I told him I will be back for the X-rays he said something else but I didnu2019t understand because he has a stron African accent so I can back at 530 I waited 20 minutes so I finally get seen for the X-rays the X-rays is done the nurse come back saying am Iu2019m getting blood drawn today I said no I got it done earlier so another came back and said thatu2019s why I call I needed it 2 more tubes of blood in that time I can hear the lady from Lab corp saying Iu2019m done you all have to find someone to draw blood Iu2019m going home so the the nurse goes to her and say can you draw her blood which they talking about me and the lady from lab corp said she need to hurried up I said who you talking to Iu2019ve been waiting here all day Iu2019ve been here you werenu2019t here she said I went to lunch I said that donu2019t have nothing to do with me are you going to draw my blood or not so she act like she didnu2019t want to draw the blood and start snatching the stuff to draw my blood I told her thatu2019s okay you angry Iu2019m not letting you draw my blood with no attitude so I got up and when I was about to leave I told her she was rude and you shouldnu2019t have to handle the patient like that she going to say Iu2019m mad because I had to come back I was coming back anyway for the X-ray I didnu2019t know they need 7 tube of blood for an ankle so me and her got into it real bad the doctor escort me out and I never got the results of my ankle went there to get help and got inconsistency and rudeness and the way they do things was weird I would not recommend this urgent care for a dog Iu2019m sorry for the long text Iu2019m still pissed off pay with my insurance and still didnu2019t get the help I need

They always take of my urgent medical needs. My dentist dropped the ball with a bad tooth infection. After being treated twice by my dentist, the painful infection was still very present but Dr. O and his team took good care of me and my tooth infection in one visit! He gave me the proper medication and medical advice that has helped and educated me about my condition. Dr O is a ROCKSTAR!
