I visited Atlanta Urgent Care at Peachtree and had a great experience. Dr. Ferrara was so kind, personable, and extremely caring. He really took the time to listen and made me feel heard and supported. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful u2014 check-in was quick and easy, and there were no long waits. All staff were very compassionate. Doctor was very helpful, immediately addressed the concern when I told him the first thing another urgent care tried didnu2019t work. I am actually seeing improvement now. It was very refreshing being listened to and treated professionally and quickly, but with respect and care the whole time as well. I would definitely go back with any issue I needed!

We realized we needed to take our son to an urgent care later in the evening on a Friday night and found Atlanta Urgent Care on Google. From our first interaction with the staff on the phone, we felt taken care of. The office staff was welcoming upon arrival, and processed us quickly. We saw the nurse and then doctor in a matter of minutes, and the medical staff could not have been more warm or reassuring for our son. The experience was so easy that when we got in the car to go home, our son asked if he could go there next time he doesnu2019t feel well.

u201cUrgent Careu201d was indeed what the name means. Called and no appointment was needed. Asked for a female Dr, therefore I was sent to their office on Peachtree. Arrivad and it was easy and free parking. Waiting time about 10 min. No long forms or tons of messages needed to be filled out stealing my valued time of my busy life. Staff were kind and knowledgeable. Dr Thompson and nurse could not assist me better. They both listened to my needs. Dr Thompson assessed the problem, discussed solutions with me and we proceeded with tests. Her approach was subtle, not pushy or lame. Got some tests done at the location and one more test was scheduled for the next business day. Results received a day after they were done. I received a call from Dr Thompson to go over results with me and answered all my questions. I give 5 stars and feeling good about their fabulous practice. Will definitely come back and 100 % recommended. Thank you!!
