I called to ask if they had a doctor (MD or DO) who would be seeing patients today. I was informed that they did. When I arrived, I asked the receptionist what the doctor's name was. She replied, Victor. I asked for his last name and asked for the doctor's card. She told me they would give me the card when I saw the doctor. I was ushered into the office. While I was waiting, I saw titles on a shelf that said Victor was an RN. I called the receptionist. While I was speaking with her, Victor came into the office. I explained again that I was interested in seeing a doctor, and the receptionist denied my request. What a waste of time! It would have been very professional if she had explained to me that the doctor was unavailable and I had gone to another facility. Working with the truth always wins. I do not recommend this place at all.
