I've been to this urgent care twice this year (both times for flu) and both times the experience has been really great. The medical staff were very kind, courteous, and considerate - made sure I was comfortable and asked multiple times if I had any questions.nnBoth times, the doctors (or RN/PA) were professional, helpful and actually identified additional symptoms that needed to be addressed immediately. I felt thankful that they were able to calmly walk me through next steps and address my illness before it became serious. I didn't feel rushed at all and overall had a positive experience. Will definitely go back.nnIt was also very convenient that there is a Waltreens pharmacy within the same shopping center. I didn't have to wait long for them to send the prescription over as well.

Very friendly and short wait time but so expensive!nnIu2019m giving only 3 stars because I was charged $837 for a 30 minute visit to simply remove a tick, with tweezers!nnThatu2019s ridiculously expensive.

I took my TB blood test at Action Urgent Care. Nitika treated me with so much kindness and care. She was so patient with me. I must say all staff here is super kind. Overall I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Action Urgent Care in Blossom Hill because of the high quality customer service.
