I've been coming to this clinic for some time and have always had a positive experienceu2014until today. After waiting in the exam room for over an hour with no update, I left to check in at the front desk. The office was so quiet you could hear a pin drop, and the front desk staff seemed genuinely surprised that I hadn't been seen yet.nnWhen the provider finally came in, she appeared annoyed and was extremely rude and dismissive. She said u201c so, whatu2019s wrongu201d It felt like she hadnu2019t even looked at my chart, asking the exact same questions the staff member who roomed me had already asked (who, to be clear, was wonderful) regarding my history, symptoms, etc.nnI work in healthcare myself, so I fully understand the pressures of urgent care. But this level of disregard left me feeling unheard and disrespected

If youu2019re in urgent need, donu2019t go to this place!nnI arrived with my husband at this so-called urgent care center after he had an accident at work. He was in severe pain, with a bleeding finger, missing a piece, yet he was made to fill out multiple forms while two receptionists simply smiled and laughed as if we were buying a movie ticket.nnIt was our first time here, and hopefully the last. The service was terrible and extremely slow. A complete disregard for someone elseu2019s pain.

I took my mother there to make sure she had not broken any bones when she suffered a fall on 2/4/25. They did an x-ray and told us that they didnu2019t see any signs of a break, but that their x-ray machine u201cwasnu2019t the greatestu201d. That caused us to question the value of any examination they had performed. Her doctoru2019s nurse advised her to go elsewhere and have it checked out again. Long story short, she had a broken hip. Donu2019t come here for anything that might require an x-ray.
