Iu2019m extremely disappointed with the care (or lack thereof) we received. We arrived by ambulance with my 2-year-old, who had been vomiting off and on for 45 minutes. Once we got to the hospital, we were left in the waiting room with no directionu2014no one told us we had to check in, which seemed unusual after arriving by ambulance.nnMy child was actively throwing up in the lobby, and not only did no staff offer help, but they also didnu2019t clean it up or even seem to care. It took over 30 minutes before a nurse finally approached us, and even then, she acted like it was our fault for not checking inu2014something no one ever communicated to us.nnThis was a terrifying experience as a parent, and the lack of urgency or compassion from staff was unacceptable. I sincerely hope no other parent has to go through this kind of neglect during an emergency.

Dr. J Mani is awesome. The nurses and staff are awesome. Made us feel very welcome comfortable and at home. Very caring and kind. However the baby jaundice bilirubin level lab machine was broken so the sample we painstakingly got for baby was lost and we have no results for our baby 2 days later.

Had to take my son there due to him almost fainting. As with most hospitals the wait was long. But we were comfortable and treated nicely. Very small emergency parking area, as it's first come first served, though there's parking near the hospital.nnThe nurses and doctor were nice and the doctor was helpful with my son in his diagnosis. He enjoyed getting Gatorade and watching cartoons as we waited. You have to be patient getting to see a doctor unless you're in a serious emergency, which happened while we were in our room. The doctor apologized and actually got a nurse to attend us as she left to help. She came back and continued to help us. Very caring but of course, a long wait.

Got here today 9/12/23 @ 2:39am for my son he has a 103 fever and I am still unsure of what else is wrong itu2019s currently 7:03am and still we are waiting for a doctor to see him.

They took great care of my son. Not a fan of the parking situation, had to walk down the street to get to my car at 11 pm with my 3 yr old but overall they were pretty quick in getting him seen. Staff was very nice. I was a wreck and they made me feel at ease. Thank you!
