The billing department is a joke. I feel very scammed right now. I called on April 25th to have two bills added to my $50 monthly payments that Iu2019m making on my previous bills (yes, you have to call every single time you get a new bill and have it added onto the payment plan.) I can only do that though if I actually get the bills, in the first place. I have always paid my bills promptly. I call every single new bill that I actually do get. But anyhow, this is the second time they have sent me to collections over a bill that I have either paid already, or that I called about, to be added onto my payment plan. Iu2019m recording every single call from now on. Iu2019ve edited my review now because I talked to them and the lady was very helpful. I told her that they need to make their billing easier to understand. Itu2019s so confusing. They are supposed to be emailing me information for the online portal. Perhaps that will help. We shall see. I have not gotten that email yet though.

I need to give a shout out to AMH as I've been really impressed my last three visits, specifically with their Direct Access Lab and Imaging departments. I've checked my watch and the longest time I've been there, from stepping into the building to leaving it, has been 22 minutes! This includes an organ ultrasound appointment. Now grant it I showed up on time and with the Direct Access Lab got there right when it opened, but I value my time and I feel they do too. The staff has been friendly and professional. Keep up the great work!!

I just want to say I hope you guys offer immunotherapy inhibitors to your cancer patients. It is much better then chemotherapy and easier on the patient and is more successful. My husband has beat stage 3 colon cancer and just recently beat stage 4 Peritoneal cancer. Just 4 months ago he was only given a year to live. We fired that cancer doctor and got a second opinion. Thank god we did our research. Cause when I asked why my husband hasn't done immunotherapy over chemo his doctor looked at me and dead ass that's a good idea never thought of that like seriously. They allow this man to treat people and should not. I told his supervisor he shouldn't practice medicine on a dead squirrel let alone cancer patients. This was in Quincy Illinois. Dr. Koh and his surgeon is absolutely amazing. He just reconnected his colon so no more shit bagud83eudd70ud83eudd1fhis surgeon was Dr.Daniel liesen. Amazing man. Best surgeon Quincy has by far

When the waiting room gets full they send them to the back to wait and the staff is all over. Canu2019t take care of anyone because they run around giggling with each other. Iu2019ve been sitting in this hospital for 5 hours and havenu2019t seen one doctor after the nurses keep saying heu2019ll show. Really! If anyone reads this go to a different hospital please for your own safety! 7 years ago they missed a tumor on my brain and since then my life has been ruined thank you dr. Lui by the way. And donu2019t apologize because I donu2019t except them from here!
