We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by both Dr Brown and nurse Suzanne who assisted my autistic son. We have found in them such professional, patient, and genuinely kind individuals who made him feel safe and understood. Itu2019s not always easy for him to feel comfortable in new environments, but their gentle approach and warm demeanor built trust in a way we rarely see. Thank you for treating my son with such respect and care!

I have been using this facility for over 4 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Dan has been nothing but amazing and I have worked with several counselors there, all amazing as well. Suzanne, the nurse there, is also top notch, and always makes herself available when there are issues with medication and resolves problems super quickly. I highly recommend this facility as the staff is professional, kind and attentive.

CEC Glen Cove has the most amazing and professional staff. I am so grateful my son is in their compassionate hands. His therapist, Eric L. is genuinely caring and beyond compassionate. His nurse, Suzanne is an absolute angel who goes above and beyond to make sure my son gets his medication approved with Medicaid. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and knowledgeable. CEC Glen Cove is the best place for the care of your loved one.

This center never answers their phone, so I drove to their Glen Cove office to request a medication refill on January 6th in the morning. No refill, so I called their office dozens of times before closing and was finally assured it was being taken care of.nnToday, January 7th, I again drove to their GC office to request a refill on medications. I was then met by Nicole, their Director of Outpatient Services. Nicole was apathetic, unhelpful, and asserted I would be unable to get a refill because they have no records of blood work in their system for over a year. Why they waited over a year to address this is another issue in itself.nnInstead of the logical solution of providing a couple days of meds while I provide recent bloodwork or get new lab work, I was essentially told I was out of luck. During a workday, I now had to frantically drive to my PCP in Queens to get a recent printout of bloodwork to prove to Charles Evans that I had in fact gotten recent bloodwork.nnInterestingly, Charles Evans has had no issue in charging my insurance company $300 for voluntary urine analysis, that I provide on goodwill. Interesting how they have no problem drawing urine on each of my in-person visits and don't forget to charge my insurance each time. However, they missed the fact that they haven't drawn my blood in over a year.nnWhile high functioning, dealing with a mental illness is stressful enough and I shouldn't have to battle with my care center to simply get a refill. I would strongly recommend outpatients to seek help elsewhere.
