I have been a customer of the coffee Creek group since I moved here 14 years ago. Dr. Grubbs is my primary physician, but I've also seen Brittany Cabrera as well. They are both excellent and very personable. Both are great listeners and take time to understand. I have recommended friends to this group who also have had positive experiences here.

Dr. Bartholomew gives you her full attention, answers all of your questions so itu2019s easy to understand, doesnu2019t rush you through the appointment. The nurses and front office staff are kind and helpful. The office is close to my home so that is convenient. I have never waited long to be seen. My husband and my father both see the other doctor in this practice as well. Would definitely recommend.

My doctors office (Integris baptist) is closing down so they referred everyone to this office. I called to make an appointment and they wanted a referral from my primary care. I've already been seen and had an older referral which isn't even required with my insurance! So instead of helping me they turned me away (actually hung up on me). If anyone that was a patient of the N Portland office and was referred here I would strongly suggest John Makipour's office in MWC!!

5 Stars ud83dudc4dud83cudffbud83dudc4dud83cudffb Absolutely Wonderful Experience!nnWe were honestly just hoping to get in quickly to establish care and get a couple of prescriptions filled after a recent insurance change and what we ended up finding with Dr. Pope and his team was an absolute gem of a healthcare experience.nnThe front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, even though we walked in just five minutes early instead of the 15 they'd requested (after battling the hour-long drive, road construction and traffic ud83dude15). Their calm, understanding attitude put us at ease right away. Anita, the medical assistant, was kind, patient, and incredibly caring. She even allowed my husband and I to be seen together so we could streamline things, which we really appreciated.nnDr. Pope exceeded every expectation. He was relaxed, attentive, truly personable and within minutes, we were all laughing, swapping stories, and chatting about everything from health history to kids/grandkids. He took his time and made sure we both felt heard and supported. We never expected to enjoy a doctoru2019s appointment this much!nnTruthfully, we were originally a bit hesitant about driving all the way to Edmond for our PCP, but we were in a bind and couldnu2019t wait 6 months to a year to get into someone closer. Turns out it was totally meant to be, especially when we found out during the visit that Dr. Popeu2019s office is actually relocating just a few miles from my husbandu2019s work! Talk about perfect timing.nnEveryone we encountered was kind, professional, and down-to-earth, plus theyu2019re a younger team, which made us feel like weu2019re in great hands with providers who are current on the latest in medicine and genuinely invested in helping us feel comfortable and well cared for.nnWeu2019re really looking forward to this new chapter in our healthcare journey and weu2019re so grateful to have serendipitously found such a great fit!

Dr. Pope is amazing. He is my husband and mine primary doctor. Heu2019s always on top of things and even listens when we have concerns . I can say Dr. Pope has helped us greatly. We truly thought finding a primary after moving from over 30 hours away was gonna be difficult. I wouldnu2019t want any other primary doctor than him. Thank you Dr. Pope for all you have done.
