I had a great experience at specialty urgent care. The front desk receptionists, Hameed and Asma, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Medical assistant Tramaya was also wonderfulu2014kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Rani was fantastic as well, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensuring I received the best care.
