The women from the front desk are really mean, they treat you like if you are asking for a favor. We went in speaking Spanish and they spoke Spanish to us but treating us disrespectful. And I noticed that people who spoke English they treated them really nice. The doctor was really nice and knowledgeable but you need to change your staff.

I called this urgent care at 1:42 PM to confirm they had x-ray availability, and the medical assistant who answered assured me they did. By 1:55 PM, I was in their office, filling out paperwork, and they had taken my copay.nnThe medical assistant who assisted me was dismissive, constantly interrupting instead of letting me explain my symptoms properly.nWhen the nurse practitioner finally came in, she told me I needed x-raysu2014but then mentioned their machine might be down. She left the room, only to return and confirm that, yes, the machine was down. So they wasted my time, took my money, and tried to refer me elsewhere for imaging when I could have gone to a different urgent care, avoided, paying another copay and waiting even longer for care.nnUrgent care is supposed to provide immediate attention. Why would I accept a referral for x-rays and wait 1u20132 days for results when I came in expecting same-day service? That defeats the purpose. I asked for a refund, and the clinic manager initially told me theyu2019d mail me a check. When I requested written confirmation, she left and returned, saying the owners would Zelle me my refund instead. Zelle? How unprofessional. What are they even going to report to my insurance?nnThis is the second time theyu2019ve turned me away for x-rays. If they donu2019t have a functioning machine, they shouldnu2019t be advertising that service. On top of that, their customer service is subpar. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO THERE. There are no doctors. ONLY nurse practitioners who have no clue of anything. In December I went there with extremely swollen knee. The nurse practitioner told me I over walked. It ended up I am with tear meniscus and ligament. Today i had the stupidity to go again hoping I will get an actual doctor. I know. My symposium I know my body. I was asked multiple times to do covid and flue tests. I kept saying I might have kidney infection. I had to literally request urine test only to have the nurse practitioner tell me that there is blood in my urine, BUT, I don't have infection. Fully disregarding my extreme back pain and chills. They don't even touch you anymore. They speak to you from a distance. I requested her to hear my lungs and she did LITERALLY two breaths on my back. I am 48 years old and I have been to a REAL doctors million times, with two breaths ONLY on the back they can't hear your lungs to rule out Pneumonia, BUT, she told me to for an Xray if I want. She refused to give me any medicine as antibiotics because for her I don't have an infection because I don't want to be tested for flue and covid. She send me caught medicine I DID NOT CLAIM CAUGHT. and inhaler for whistles which she said there is none in my lungs. Not even going to talk about their wait room without chairs and people seating on the floor and their front desk throwing you things. DON'T GO THERE. YOU WILL FIND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT NURSE PRACTITIONERS. THERE ARE NO DOCTORS AT THIS PLACE.
