I brought my son to LakePointe clinic today not knowing what to expect, and I was honestly blown away. The clinic is clean, spotless, and has the most amazing ambiance. Itu2019s relaxing, welcoming, and beautifully designed.nnFrom the moment we walked in, the receptionist made us feel completely at easeu2014so friendly and helpful! My son needed an X-ray, and everything happened so quickly and smoothly. Truly 5-star serviceu2014I would give 10 stars if I could!nThe nurse who assisted us was also wonderfulu2014kind, patient, and made the experience even more comforting for my son.nnThen we saw Dr. Radovicu2014truly one of the best doctors weu2019ve ever met. My son is 15 and not always easy to open up, but Dr. Radovic made him feel safe and comfortable right away. It was so reassuring to see.nnThe X-ray results came back fast, and everything was clearly and compassionately explained. Iu2019m beyond grateful we found this clinic: itu2019s officially our new go-to for family care!

Only Urgent Care I will go to from now on! My fiancu00e9 and I both have chronic health issues and unfortunately that means I am on a first name basis with more than one urgent care up on the North side. Ran into an issue a few months back that prevented my fiancu00e9 from going to our usual and I am so glad we tried coming here. The staff is knowledgeable, and the doctor was compassionate and willing to explain every step of what they were thinking and why--it takes a lot to calm my partner down (he's not a fan of the doctor's office) but they had him at ease within minutes. The place is spotlessly clean and I had zero concerns about sanitation (I am high risk due to being on immunosuppresants). This is the only Urgent Care clinic we'll be going to from now on and I'm thrilled they opened up so close to my home! Had to revisit in early April for a new emergency and not only were they still fabulous, they remembered my partner and proactively let him know about an insurance billing issue they were sorting out for us. I don't even get that kind of attentiveness from my specialist doctors and their offices that I've been seeing for years! 11/10, you won't be disappointed visiting LakePointe

The bedside manners of the doctor, nurse, and front desk staff were amazing. They were all very knowledgeable and caring. Also love that Urgent care itu2019s very clean and they have even X-ray equipment there and we didnu2019t need to go to another place to get further testing. Thank you for taking such good care of my son.

I had an excellent experience with Lake Pointe this morning. I walked in with an ear issue that was impacting my hearing. My regular doctor could not see me for a couple days but I walked into LakePointe and was seen immediately. The doctor/owner listened to me and was able to provide immediate relief. We are lucky to have this service in the neighborhood. The place is brand new, clean with nice support staff.

I recently visited LakePointe Urgent Care for an injury and was incredibly impressed with the care I received. The facility was very clean, and the staff was kind, attentive, and friendly. I was also impressed with how quickly I was seen and the thoroughness of the doctor. The doctor was honest, compassionate and explained everything clearly, which really helped me understand my condition better. I felt genuinely cared for and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing prompt, professional medical attention. I have worked in the medical industry for over 30 years, and it is hard to impress me but this place managed to do just that.
