I HAD been a patient there of Dr. Steve Lee. I moved away but recently returned and made a appointment even upon hearing that Dr. Lee had left. AFTER DRIVING A HOUR from my home, the STAFF WAS CONFUSED WHY I WAS THERE & I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPT TO RETURN. THAT WAS a whole hour drive EACH way for NOTHING in Addition to 1/4 tank of GAS WASTED. .. WHEN I RETURNED, I saw this sour puss looking doctor Dr. Eckersh who spent LESS than Five ( 5 ) minutes in the room & sent me for a 2nd opinion for surgery BUT DIDN'T EVEN WRITE ME a Script for Pain Meds !!! u2606 it Seems that when DR. STEVE LEE LEFT, HE TOOK MOST OF THEIR PATIENTS WITH HIM. u2606u2606 IN MY PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OPINION, GO ELSEWHERE. ie, Liberty Intervention ( Dr. Steve Lee ) OR BROC in Baton Rouge. I've had a pain dr for 10 years he chose Dr Lee for his patients, he has no patience with you if you don't want what he offers he gives you no chance to think about it. He's like a used car salesman trying to sale you a me car and if you don't except he makes you feel even worse by his words.

Iu2019ve been receiving treatment from Advanced Pain Institute for 5 years for chronic knee pain. Dr. Steve Lee has been my physician from the beginning. Excellent doctor. Willing to work with you and your condition and other illnesses. I have chronic leukemia and Dr. Lee always keeps up with my progress. Very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest techniques and technology. Gabby, his nurse, is excellent in returning phone calls and answering questions. Goes the extra mile for you in handling insurance problems. Office staff very polite and courteous. Will work on scheduling appointments quickly if need be.
