PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.. there bad ratings are valid. I had the worst experience and it was complete waste of my time and my employers time. Unprofessional is an understatement. I made an appointment online for 9:45am, rang the door at 9:30. There was already a person waiting outside frantically because he has been waiting and knocking and no to answer. I range the bell a couple of times. An assistant came on the speaker of the door. This assistant is working from home for sure and there is no one at the office. I ask about the procedures and anticipated wait time. She was rude and reluctant to answer my questions. She said I needed to wait in my car because appointments are exact. But they werenu2019t exact because there was someone in front of me and at this point it 9:40. She then hangs up. The owner Josephine calls me back says u201c I heard the conversation and Iu2019m canceling your appointment because I donu2019t want to service you. Make your employer find you another place.u201d She was disrespectful in all aspects. Iu2019m wondering how this place is still in business, but itu2019s because insurance pays them. Upset with all this Iu2019m on phone with my employer and I see finally the an office staff enter the building 9:55 then the appointment for the person is called 10:00. They just didnu2019t want to admit no one was at the office or they could service anyone. Complete waste of time. Youu2019ve been advised.

My visit went extremely well. All of the staff were very very nice and courteous. The MA is very sweet and will make sure youu2019re comfortable throughout the process and the NP is the same way.I was nervous because the GPS kept taking me the wrong way, so I was a few minutes late but I was still treated with kindness and respect. In and out! Very quick. Great place!

Go anywhere else but here! They donu2019t even deserve the one star, but itu2019s needed to share my review. Unprofessional and unsanitary. I got there 5 minutes before they opened to do a quick walk-in, the door was never unlocked. I called at 9:05 and told the women what I needed done and she said walk-ins have to wait 45-1 hour. I asked how you just opened?? She said the techs are busy, I could wait or make an appointment to be seen. I ended up making an appointment for the first available time that was 1 hour and 40 minutes later. When I got there women working was extremely rude, kept her dirty gloves on that she used to collect my urine sample and went into the lab touching the computer and a pen that I also had to use to sign. I asked for a glove because I did not want to touch the pen after her with my bare hands & she said supplies are only for staff, I then told her I was going to wash my hands in the bathroom and she told me no I had completed the test and had to leave the premises. DO NOT GO HERE for ANYTHING! Bad business owner and an investigation needs to be done on this place! The women is so trifling that she didnu2019t even send my sample properly and I had to do it again. Thankfully I was able to go else where, but I was doing this for a new job and time is of the essence, this stunt delayed my start date.

Josephine was a breeze. I have never received a physical as thorough as the one from today. She explained steps and procedures that I didn't know were in the guidelines for preemployment exams.I've been a travel nurse for seven years, and I question what the other facilities are doing at this point.The assistant was also very professional and patient while drawing my blood and taking vitals.

The door was locked for safety purposes but the staff were quick to address me. I was a walk-in. The wait time was 15 minutes. She got me checked in and started my services (lab work, drug test, and physical). The nurse practitioner performed my physical. She was upbeat, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff were taking people from the outside in 3's it appeared? Loren, the MA, was very professional.I was also advised that the lobby was closed when I asked why it was empty and no one was sitting.I arrived on Saturday at 1pm and was advised that they don't do drug testing on weekends at the clinic for my specific company? I was not happy initially because I drove 55 minutes on my weekend off but the customer service was great and the error was not their fault.
