This place is the most un-sanitary urgent care Iu2019ve been to. Using non reliable thermometers, heart and oxygen readers, keeping materials theyu2019re using on patients wide open while sick people come in and out of these rooms coughing all over, to the room being extremely dirty!! Our nurse said u201cIu2019ll be back to do testingu201d u2026 I walked out of the room 20 minutes later to see what was going on and she is sitting there on her phone not doing a thing! Wouldnu2019t get my child who had a fever after waiting so long- tyelonel, says she needs to get permission? Waited another 20 minutes after asking for tyelonel vefore the dr came in! Donu2019t come here and DONT bring your children!!

Honestly, I thought the doctor or PA whoever she was that helped us was very disrespectful to us in the fact that we do not wear mask and we will not wear a mask and she treated us as like we were horrible people by telling us that we need to be respectful.nAlso, my daughter doesnu2019t do well with oral liquid medication and she even didnu2019t even ask if we wanted tablets or liquidnDidnu2019t tell us if we needed to use nasal spray because last time we had an ear infection and she was told by her primary as she needed to do nasal spray she just said Iu2019m just gonna call in an antibiotic and she canu2019t be around anybody for 48nWhich OK but itu2019s 24 hours on antibiotic and ear infections arenu2019t contagious so I was not really happy with the way that we were treatednThe front desk was amazing and so is the medical assistantnI will think twice about going back there and seeing that doctor

The nurse Miguel was a little hard to understand wearing a mask since hearing loss and unable to read lips for communication The doctor was excellent. She was very polite and relaxing. Great since of humor which helps. Very informative

Clinic has changed a lot over the years. This was the first time that I was in & and out. And I appreciate it. I took my son it for throat pain, they called us back quickly. Gave him a strep test. He came out positive, they gave us a prescription and a school note. And then we headed out! Didnu2019t even take a full hour. First good experience here!

When I can get in, I get good care. But when they're backed up it's incredibly frustrating to see/hear providers chatting and laughing with front desk staff for 10-15 minutes at a time. If they're waiting on their superior to finish a patient at least find something productive to do that will speed up the flow. I was here earlier for an hour (had an appointment, but still didn't get in and had to go back to work), and I'm back now in the evening just trying to get seen (again, have an appointment but it's already 20 minutes past the time). I went ahead and ordered some dinner because this waiting room is FULL. :/
