I am very disappointed with this place. Iu2019ve always recommended them to anyone I know who is looking to see a Dr after hours or on the weekend. Today I walked in at 12:20pm because I had been feeling sick for 3 days and was only getting worse. I was told by the gentleman in the front they were no longer taking walk ins as per the provider. Mind you their hours said they closed at 2pm, and there was only 3 people sitting waiting. I asked if he could please ask if the Dr could consider seeing me as I felt very very sick. He went and asked and came back and said u201cIu2019m sorry she said no.u201d(Perez) I had no other choice but to leave. Thankfully I found a different provider in my area that I will now be giving my business to. Turns out I am positive for Flu A which explains how sick I have been. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would after the experience I just had.

I was sent to this Urgent Care by my Dr for IV fluids and meds. I didn't even know they were in the area. I was pleased to see the professionalism and caring attitudes of everyone we met. I'd recommend this place over an ER for non life threatening issues any day.

I've been going to this place through Tristar for injuries sustained at work. I've noticed that they haven't been all professionals at my care. Erasmo n Eric the gentlemen in the front I've noticed they need to go through more training as to how to make requests for MRI's. I give them one star. Hopefully they'll get with the program n start doing their jobs more as professionals.

Great experience every time I go there. Since the moment we walked in the door Erasmo took care of us right away very attentive and professional, Lupita always very carrying and concerned about the reason that brought us in. . This is the first time I met Yadira Perez CNP, very professional and very knowledgeable my little girl loved her and we did too. Highly recommend this urgent care Staff is incredibly efficient, carrying and very compassionate.

It was great clinic at first. I had noo complains about anything but things have changed ever since theres new people around. It was our most favorite clinic ever. ud83dude15Mrs. Perez will not sent prescription asap and when we question about it the kid in the front will just say he will call back and never does. You literally have to be bothering them to do it. Prescriptions where always sent on time before, and now you have to call and wait until next day to get your prescription sent to the pharmacy. When we call about it, the gentleman in the front desk will tell me it has been sent and I will drive to pharmacy only to find out it was never sent... I understand things can get busy but it is nonsense to have to wait for a prescription until the next day. Also had me waiting in the waiting room for about 20 minutes and then they just stated that they couldnt see me because doctor had other things to do. Why didnt they tell me from beginning? I feel like they have been so unprofessional lately... The only person that has always been great to us and has never changed is Lupita, she truly cares about the patients and is always there to help you. She is so respectful and always listens to our concerns. Hopefully one day it can be the same clinic as it was before. There loosing some loyal customers. ud83dude4fud83eude77
