This place is a fraud. My wife went in for a severe cough, we were treated and sent out. Paid the co-pay, got treatment and left. Service was so-so. However 7 months later, I check her credit report, they opened a collections account against us for a bill we had paid. Never received a bill or anything saying we owed an additional amount. Dropped her credit score 40 points. They will not return calls or emails. They simply don't care at all. Very incompetent. If you ever want a mortgage or car loan, AVOID! Go anywhere but here.

I went to this horror house yesterday Dec 19th. There was one person on the desk with just 3 people before me. From her demeanor you would have though she had a waiting room filled with 100 people. There did not appear to be any sign of anyone else there other than her. I went at 12:16. She was not very helpful and seem almost downright rude. I tried to pay my copay after returning the clipboard of information, she brushed me off and said not now. I sat back down and after speaking with a young woman that was waiting for nearly 40 minutes for a company drug test. I looked around and decided this is not the place I wanted to wait I found out after going to another location for help I have the flu. If you can avoid going to this location please do. It's not worth it. I now believe if someone had assisted me in the back, I would have walked away thinking I was robbed.

Brought my wife to this facility this evening, because the one closer to us had already closed for the day. Let me tell you...when you walk in you're not properly greeted at all. Just simply, who's your insurer? My wife was given a clip board to fill out and the lady at the desk told me I had to pay $35 copay. No problem. I gave her my spending account debit card to process the copay. At this point, things go way left. After the copay was processed, and I signed the receipt. I requested if she could print out something to showcase that the copay was in reference to my wife's care. This is something I'm required to submit in order to prove that the transaction was medically related. This isn't something out of the extraordinary. Well, she looked at me like I had two heads, and she couldn't seem to comprehend my request. During this interaction she displayed an unprofessional exacerbated demeanor like I was putting her through unnecessary duress. My wife, who isn't feeling well, witnessed this and now wanted to leave! So now I had to request a refund. To make a long story shorter, she told me I had to come back the next day because she didn't know how do refunds. Really?? That's something her supervisor normally handles, and of course she left for the evening. Unflipping believable!!! PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!

I do not recommend this place. I had an issue with redness in one area of my eye and because I was traveling the next day, I wanted to get it checked out. I called ahead to find out if they could help me and the price to see the Dr. The woman at the desk said it was about $100.When I got there they told me I would be seen almost immediately. Not so. I waited for quite awhile. Some of the time I spent waiting in the exam room where I heard everything said about patients in the hallway and some of what was said in the adjoining rooms. I also noticed there was an ant crawling around the wall and one of the boxes of gloves in the rack for the providers to use was marked for 'industrial use' not medical use.The dr. then spent less than two minutes examining my eye, told me I had an eye infection/conjunctivitis and gave me a prescription for eye drops. He didn't even say how long to use them. When I picked up the drops the pharmacist made a point of telling me that he had prescribed for a weird frequency that normally it was for fewer times a day.In the end, the drops did nothing and were a complete waste of my time and money. The whole trip was. I did not have an eye infection and I had to go to an eye doctor. To top it off, I got the bill today. They charged my insurance company $350 so the percentage I pay trippled.Watch out.

Arrive at 2:00 didn't leave til 4:00 :-/ did an xray and the tech didn't send them as STAT so I had to leave the office without results. the nurses stated she'll call me as soon as she gets them. guess what no call and no one is answering the phone since 9:00 the next morning. What a great urgent care. I could've went to the emergency room with no co pay and receive much better results.
