On a Saturday afternoon CVS minute clinic was overbooked, other urgent care busy, this was our only option. Nice receptionist and nice friendly nurse but they were out of supplies (thermometer covers) and batteries for the thermometer. The place is a little run down and dated, especially compared to the Patient First next door. But they were nice and quick otherwise.

First, the cons of my visit: The nurse at the front desk is not very polite or helpful. She asked me what I needed... why else would I be at urgent care other than to see the doctor? She was acting so flustered and overwhelmed like her paperwork was so much more important than the patient which was a bit disheartening. I was in so much pain! She asked me to show my ID and health insurance card. I took my ID out first which she glanced at for not even a second then when I showed her my health insurance, she said that she didn't want to see it.. what? The pros of my experience is that I was seen by a doctor very quickly and the doctor was very nice. From my experience, the nurse is supposed to check vitals before the patient is seen from the doctor but the doctor had to come back and do it himself. From reading the reviews, it seems that most of the complaints are from the nurses up front. It is such a shame that because of the type of help they have, the facility is receiving negative reviews.

This place has the worst front desk staff I've ever encountered. One would think that a company would seek to employ those who exhibit a friendly demeanor and employees who are eager to assist, especially given its in the medical field. That is not the case here. I was greeted with what do you need? Not, how may I help you? Or anything else more friendly and inviting. They seem to assume that everyone knows what they need to do to be seen. I was there 2 years ago and I was expected to know that they changed protocol. When I asked a question, I was met with attitude. Obviously I'm seeking understanding or I wouldn't have asked the question. Was never able to see a doctor that day but good luck getting someone on the phone. It's mid afternoon and the mailbox is full and there's no other way to reach a staff member. I work in customer service and I would have been fired long ago if I exhibited the behaviours of the staff here. I think I might be driving the extra 30 minutes to go to another location. I can't imagine all Urgent Care facilities employ employees who seem to rather be anywhere but there.

Terrible terrible terrible. I arrived and was checked in without too many difficulties. The nurse came in and took vitals and a history and then told me the doctor would be in shortly... 2 hours after checking in I opened the door to the exam room and asked how much longer it would be. I was told by an apologetic employee that the doctor stepped out for lunch and should be back shortly! WHAT??? Who does that??? Then 1/2 hour later the doctor finally arrived as was about as helpful and knowledgeable about hand injuries as my 2 year old niece. He kept talking around in circles about absolutely nothing as if he could bs his way through the visit. By the end he referred me to a hand surgeon stating, They may have seen something like this more and may have some tricks up their sleeves to help you. To top it all off, he was coughing up a storm saying I hope I'm not coming down with something! To sum up the visit the doctor stated I'm sorry that I couldn't help you more... more? How about I'm sorry that I couldn't help you at all?

I would not recommend this location. My insurance should and did not have a copay to go to this location. They said they had to charge $120 to my credit card as a 'hold' which sounded fishy, but this was after 4 hours of waiting. They ended up charging my credit card $1,200 and 6 weeks later I still don't have it resolved. I've confirmed with my insurance they picked up 100% of the visit. But every time I call the billing office there voicemail is full and noone at the actual location is willing to help me
