I have been a patient of Dr H since 2009. COPD, diabetes, A-fib and high blood pressure. I had always received great care until August 2024. I went that day for results of lab work done last of July and refills. My refills were not called into the drug store. I made calls to his office left a message then had to go in person. Said first I had to get new lab work done that he said he ordered the day of my visit. Which was not true. Why would new labs be ordered when told everything was ok? I was told by one of his staff that I needed to find another doctor because he opened his new practice in Alabama. And patients were not receiving the care they needed. I did not believe this!!!!!! Seven weeks later and he still did not call in my meds. I should have taken staffs advice sooner.

I could tell the receptionist was stressed and overworked. She was rude and blunt. I donu2019t recommend anyone going here for any care thatu2019s urgent

Very unprofessional!! We have called at least 4 times and I went to office Friday morning and talked to Dr.H!! He said he would call but never did.VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!
