This place has absolutely phenomenal staff from the moment that you enter the door to the moment that you leave. The waiting room is clean and organized. It's very accessible and there's not many crazy directions It's very straightforward. Nurse practitioner. Washington was absolutely amazing and another person on the medical staff even did a follow-up call. All my concerns were addressed and I have never felt more heard in the last 3 years at any other office. Highly recommend.

I have been going here since I was 4 years old , I am 31 now. For years I had Dr. Polizzi and his wife which who were amazing, but then he dropped some of his practices. Now I see Dr. Ian Charnley. He is outstanding. Such an amazing place!

I am deeply saddened by the fact that my primary care doctor did not listen to me nor view my medical history to correctly prescribe me the right dosage of Levothyoxrine. After two doctors a nurse practitioner is the one who admitted how complex Hashimotos disease is and referred me to a specialist that costs me more money. In the meantime I was suffering on a low 50 mcg dosage and being gaslit. Found out today that yes all along I did need 150 mcg. So why didn't the doctors just prescribe me the correct dosage in the first place when my antibodies level was so high (150+) and the average is 9 or less...

As a first time patient, I had a great experience! Dr. Charnley was so kind, down to earth, and truly cared about getting my health back on track. The lab technician whou2019s been one for 15 years w/ pretty false lashes was kind, gentle, and calmed me down perfectly (I hate getting my blood drawn.) They could use more seating in the waiting area (maybe 10 chairs, had to stand.) But that didnu2019t even matter because I was called exactly on time of my appointment. As for the bad reviewsu2026 treat people how you want to be treated is all I can say.

Itu2019s taken me a very long time to write a long overdue review about this place. I wouldnu2019t recommend this office to anyone for any reason. I saw Dr Helen Scott here for many many years. Is she a friendly person? Absolutely. She however failed to properly advise me in several different ways and one of them has changed my life forever.nIf you have been bit by a tick, do not ask any doctors here for treatment. Seek a Lyme Literate Medical professional and there are none here. I had to push for testing, even though I had all the symptoms, and when the tests came back positive she still looked me in the eyes and told me it was a false positive. Itu2019s been over a year now of suffering and Iu2019m still testing positive for Lyme disease. A few years prior I saw her for abdominal pain and was told it was nothing. My appendix burst a week later and it was so infected I spent 5 days in the hospital.nLetu2019s touch on the nurses. There are about 2 of them that are halfway nice on their good days, the rest are rude and insensitive. I was talking with a patient in the office about how itu2019s completely unacceptable to consistently have to wait for 30+ in the lobby sand then 30+ more mins to see a doctor who hasnu2019t had the time to look at your chart and a nurse started yelling at me across the room about how I was wrong. When I finally got called back I expressed to the nurse that the woman in the lobby has been waiting for 30 mins, and her appt was after mine. She said u201coh yeah sheu2019s used to itu201d. Just no respect for peoples time because they should be use to their inability to schedule accordingly to keep things flowing in a respectful manner.nThe best person in the whole place is the lady with an a strong accent who draws blood and thatu2019s who gets the 1 star.
