I had an extremely disappointing experience at this urgent care. We were there for over two hours, and it was clear that everyone was taking their time, with no sense of urgency despite the nature of the visit. When test results were available, they werenu2019t shared with me immediatelyu2014I had to ask for them, which felt unacceptable in an urgent care setting.nnThe medical assistant was clearly incompetent, failing to relay important messages to the doctor and the front desk. This lack of communication and professionalism caused unnecessary delays and frustration. I expect better from a facility thatu2019s supposed to provide timely care. I wouldnu2019t recommend this location to anyone needing efficient and competent medical attention.nnIf I can give it a 0 star rating. I would!

Chris and Batoul were amazing. I came in after having nearly cut the tip of my finger off, and they were so professional and caring. They took me in, stitched my finger up and now it has healed with no issues. My thanks to them and all the staff.

If I could give less then one star I would! I called before going in about the test, and they said they could do it. Got there waited a while. Then when we got into the room were informed that the person who said we could get it done there was WRONG! Plus, the lady who sits at the front desk doesnu2019t nothing isnu2019t niceu2026 she should have to check us in as well what is the point of her job if she doesnu2019t help?
