Brought our son here for an ear infectionu2014 we were in and out in quickly with thorough, compassionate care. Perfect experience.Benjamin was amazing with our son. He made the exam a fun pirate expedition and my sick kid was smiling and enjoying himself by the end of the visit. Canu2019t ask for more as a mom.

BEWARE! They might send you to ER with no apparent reason.Went in with my little one, and the urgent care diagnosed her with pneumonia but refused to prescribe antibiotics and sent us to ER.The ER doctor was PUZZLED since we already have a diagnosis, she didn't do any special tests and discharged us with a prescription for the most basic antibiotics.Such a waste of my time and money. I expect a $150 ER co-pay refund, as well as $120 for a concert show ticket I had to miss and $100 for the nanny that watched our other kid.I am immuno compromised, and to drag me to the ER is a CRAZY risk.So. Don't believe the star reviews and go to a place more competent.

I went there recently. Talking to the girl at the front, my mom gave her number instead of mine. I was feeling out of it and sick so it's pretty understandable why. Got called just after running to the bathroom to throw up so never heard them call me so had to wait longer. Once in the room with the nurse/doctor, I said several times that I have a history of asthma, discussed and told I would be getting an inhaler to help, while getting two other scripts. After leaving the urgent care would keep calling my mom for me but wouldn't tell her anything. My mom went to the pharmacy for me to grab my scripts and only two were there for me, with no inhaler... Fast forward a day or two, and the nurse calls my mom to tell her I don't have pneumonia or COVID, that's it. A day or two later the nurse was still calling my mom even though she switched her number out of their system for my number but would still call her. Even when I felt like absolute crap, I tried calling back several times and even left a couple messages to call me back. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was finally told that I had flu A but only after I asked why I wasn't being called back. The nurse told me that they have so many patients a day.. well I was one of them so maybe you should not have an attitude when things are not being updated. She almost hung up on me when I asked her about by only two scripts were but into my local pharmacy when I was told I was getting an inhaler as well. She reminded me of the two scripts written down and said she would talk to the doctor and get back to me..I never heard back but I might highly never go to this location ever again. I really do have a history of asthma and I'm still wheezing because of all the dry air. Inhalers should not be this hard to get!

I was very disappointed in the service and the ability of the staff. After a visit to the Urgent Care and being sent a hospital 45 minutes away for further evaluation, I was informed that they have no idea what the issue is and that they cannot help me. The only thing I was told was that they ruled out one major potential issue. I have no more useful information than I had when I arrived there 6 hours earlier. Not Helpful!

Iu2019ve gone to this location three times now in the past year and every time itu2019s been fast and smooth. At other urgent cares I usually have 1-2 hour waits but here the team is excellent and works together to get you quickly diagnosed, treated and sent home to recover. Everyone is so kind and listens to all symptoms and concerns so they can order the right testing to treat you. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to be seen for anything that doesnu2019t require going to the emergency department.
