I went in on Thursday, the knee replacement was done . I was not released to rehab until Monday afternoon.! The weekend service was horrible. I really believe some of them were sleeping on the job. It took forever to get help to to go to the bathroom, They we're wearing lounging clothes and the hair was tossed. The Physical therapy was good and would receive 3 stars, the food was good.

I called billing for information and the total amount due for 3 ER visits and 2 hospital stays. I explained I've only been out for 2 weeks . I was quickly transferred to collections. After asking for my name ever a day social I was told it was in secondary collection. I should call the hospital back. I did this trying to pay a balance on a third-party liability insurance . Your people are very rude and unprofessional. When I tried to update my address he didn't take the info. Only we'll send it to you have a good day

This hospital is Grandview hospital, they have the best of Doctors, there Emergency room is top notch, i see many Doctors here, if you Have insurance or Pay your bills like your supposed to, you will never have a bad review, Ive only had greatness at this hospital, i highly recommend them too anyone.
